This report combines the DISC, the Workplace Motivators™, and the Personal Talent Skills Inventory™ reports. The DISC and the Workplace Motivators portions of the report are identical to their regular report printout. The PTSI portion of this report is different from the usual PTSI report. It focuses on issues most useful for coaching and mentoring an individual. This aspect of the coaching report looks at 10 different factors. For the first five factors the report focuses on strengths of the individual and suggestions for their further development. For the second five factors the report focuses on the weaknesses of the individual and suggestions for their further development. This 60 to 65 page report is exceedingly comprehensive in the information it gives and in the insights it provides.
