Emotional Intelligence – Emotional Quotient Report

The concept of emotional intelligence has been around for decades, but in 1995 it became popularized in a book by Daniel Goleman. He and others suggest that people are more likely to FAIL if they do not have the appropriate level of emotional intelligence. Goleman, and others, suggests that people are chosen for jobs because of their skills, but Goleman states 90% of the reasons for firing are their lack of appropriate levels of emotional intelligence. As one facet of our personality, emotional intelligence is also one of the few areas (along with DISC behaviors) we can also fairly easily change and improve.

Contact us to assess your and/or others (staff, family, etc.) emotional intelligence via our highly accurate Emotional Quotient report (see information about the report below). Also, contact us regarding our emotional intelligence training (webinars and in-person program).

The Abelson Group staff are certified on two of the three most popular emotional intelligence assessments. Both of these approaches have reports that examine five (5) primary components of emotional intelligence plus your total emotional intelligence score. They give you insights and suggestions on dealing with your intrapersonal, interpersonal and comprehensive emotional intelligence. Identify and deal with your emotional intelligence strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots via our reports. Experience how to more effectively improve your emotional intelligence by enrolling in our EQ webinar and/or in-person EQ training.

Our most popular emotional intelligence report is our TTI Success Insights Emotional Quotient report. Each report is divided into these subsections or mini-reports:
